Attingham Park
October 29th, 2009 Posted in Family, TravelsThere are all kinds of reminders around us that it is most certainly autumn. Leaves have changed colour and fallen. The regular chill in the air with rainy grey days are another sure sign. And conkers. The kids have pockets full of them.
We made an autumnal trip to Attingham Park, with the Drijfhout family, for an apple festival. The apples were unfortunately poor this year and we couldn’t pick our own. We did, however, enjoy a lovely walk around the exterior of the main mansion and enjoyed seeing the fallow deer up close.
Isn’t this a perfectly autumn calendar photo?
We enjoy getting together with the Drijfhout family.
Enjoy!
